Do you ship to the U.S. and Canada?
Yes, we ship anywhere across Canada and the U.S.
 
Can you ship outside of the U.S. and Canada?
We can also ship to Australia, New Zealand, and Puerto Rico.
 
Do international customers pay duty/import fees?
U.S. customers should not have to pay any duty/import fees. In cases that you do, please contact us.

Do you offer warranty?

Are the prices in USD or CAD?
We are now offering the option to purchase in both USD and CAD.
 
Can I exchange/return my order?
Yes, you are able to exchange/return your order at the customers expense. In instances where we accidentally shipped the wrong product, we will cover the shipping for you and make sure you are taken care of.
 
When will my order ship?
Delayed shipments occur when there is an insufficient amount of stock for particular items. We try our best to keep products up to date that are in stock or out of stock. Please make sure to read ETA notes on the product pages.
 
I inputted my address wrong when placing an order. How do I change it?
